MODELING SALE-SERVICE RELATIONSHIP

 method for modeling sale-service relationship consist of four method , which is two-point method , before-after experiment , game playing , and buyer survey .

TWO-POINT METHOD



  • point current sale is the first view for the sale service at the company 
  • point target planning is the goals for the company
  • if they are not achieve the target , so they must add innovation every step


BEFORE-AFTER EXPERIMENT

  • evaluate effect on cost 
  • may be easy to implement
  • inducing a service level change 
  • monitor the change in sale or service change in the past 
  • my be easier to implement 


GAME PLAYING

  • controlling business environment 
  • generate sale consist with the cost of producing them
  • element of demand uncertainly 


BUYER SURVEY

  • gather customer information 
  • to survey buyer or other persons who influence purchaser
